Clean indoor air as a service

In response to the Team Finland network’s call for cross-sectoral exports and international cooperation, GreenStream developed a project in China which brought together Finnish cleantech exports, educational knowhow and experience in sports business. In this Gateway to environmentally friendly learning environment project, GreenStream designed a cooperation model for Finnish companies for providing clean indoor air as service and energy efficiently to Chinese schools and kindergartens. In the project, target schools are ice hockey and winter sports schools.

Currently, the company is seeking pilot projects in Chinese schools and kindergartens.

The project offered for its participants:

  1. Business opportunities in China
  2. Improved indoor air quality technology companies’ competitiveness in Chinese market and also created joint competitiveness for the SMEs
  3. Gather essential information on business practices in Chinese school and daycare markets
  4. Developed feasible cooperation models between Finnish SMEs across sectoral boundaries
  5. Enhanced visibility of Finnish indoor air quality solutions in China

The project was co-financed with Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation.
